Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through construction administration
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met
Oversee and mentor junior staff and graduate architects
Produce high-quality design and technical documentation
Coordinate across disciplines to maintain schedule and budget compliance
Contribute to the firm's mission of creating spaces that serve the community
Qualifications:
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
Minimum 10 years of architectural experience post-graduation
Licensure preferred, but not required
Proven experience in community-based and/or non-profit sector projects is a plus
Strong design, communication, and project management skills
Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
