Architect

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through construction administration

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met

• Oversee and mentor junior staff and graduate architects

• Produce high-quality design and technical documentation

• Coordinate across disciplines to maintain schedule and budget compliance

• Contribute to the firm's mission of creating spaces that serve the community

Qualifications:

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)

• Minimum 10 years of architectural experience post-graduation

• Licensure preferred, but not required

• Proven experience in community-based and/or non-profit sector projects is a plus

• Strong design, communication, and project management skills

• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
