We are looking to hire a technician with at least 2 years of experience in the skills listed below: - Experience with Handyman Work o Plumbing o Drywall o Electrical o Painting o Appliance troubleshooting, repair and replacement - Experience with Remodeling o Tiling o Painting (willing to assist our in-house painter with prep work) o Carpentry o Estimating materials o Cabinet Replacement o Bathrooms and Kitchens You need to have your own, reliable transportation and the ability to pick up materials and bring them to and from the complex. In addition, you need to have your own tools and a smart phone that you can download our apps that we use to track time and progress. Hours are variable.
