General Labor/Carpenter

Responsibilities include
- Site Preparation: Clear land, level the ground, and mark layout points
- Post Installation: Measure and set vertical posts securely into the ground
- Framing: Build the structural skeletonwalls, trusses, and roof framing
- Roofing & Siding: Install metal panels or other materials for exterior protection
- Doors & Windows: Fit and secure entryways, garage doors, and windows
- Interior Work: May include insulation, drywall, and basic finishes depending on scope

Technical & Safety Responsibilities
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret plans and specs to guide construction
- Material Handling: Safely transport and store lumber, steel, and tools
- Tool Operation: Use hand and power tools like drills, saws, and nail guns
- Safety Compliance: Follow OSHA standards and wear protective gear

Team & Project Coordination
- Crew Collaboration: Work with laborers, foremen, and subcontractors
- Problem Solving: Address on-site challenges like weather delays or material shortages
- Quality Control: Ensure structural integrity and alignment with building codes
