Raincity Installations is one of the largest cabinet installation companies in the Lower Mainland. We are currently hiring a Finishing Carpenter to install kitchen cabinets on a new high rise tower in Squamish.

The position:
You will be required to install kitchen and vanity cabinets with confidence and to a high standard while maintaining a professional attitude.
Requirements:
At least 2 years finishing carpentry and/or cabinet installation experience (preferred)
Must be able to read blue prints
Clean, professional and reliable.
The applicant is required to have basic cabinet installation tools including drills, laser and levels, all other tools and fixings will be provided on each site.
Must have an eye for detail and able to work in a fast paced environment but produce quality work.
Experience installing European kitchens considered an asset.
Have own transportation
PPE is mandatory, i.e. hard hat, hi-vis vest and boots.
Problem solving skills.
Motivated and take instructions from Leadhand/Foreman. Works well in a team and is solutions oriented and takes initiative to get the work completed on time. Takes ownership of their role and looks for areas to improve
We offer competitive rates from $27 - $37 per hour depending on experience.
Extended health benefits provided after 3 months. Long term work available and room to advance to Leadhand/Foreman for the right candidates.
