Skilled Construction Laborer**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a hard-working and driven construction laborer who desires a long-term career at a leading excavation and underground utility company. The successful candidate will assist with clearing debris, digging trenches, leveling ground, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position offers the opportunity to specialize in areas such as Water & Sewer, Infrastructure, Storm Water Management, Excavation and Grading, Underground Utilities, and Land Management & Conservation.
**Responsibilities**
+ Clear debris from construction sites.
+ Dig trenches for utility installations.
+ Level ground to prepare for construction activities.
+ Load and unload construction materials.
+ Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in construction and general labor.
+ Proficiency in concrete work, including concrete finishing and pouring.
+ Skills in dirt work, pipe laying, and grading.
+ Ability to operate heavy equipment such as backhoes.
+ Knowledge of stormwater management and civil excavation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in pipelaying.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
