Drive client success through expert project leadership and strategic execution
As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you'll orchestrate high-value projects from concept to completion, serving as the essential bridge between clients and project teams. You'll develop comprehensive project strategies, manage budgets and schedules with precision, and build lasting client relationships that drive business growth.

Develop and execute project goals, schedules, budgets, and strategies with detailed methodology, while building and maintaining rapport with client representatives to ensure complete understanding of project scope, deliverables, and performance standards.
Establish project success criteria aligned with JLL and client needs, acting as the primary client contact throughout the project duration and guiding all stakeholders through conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documentation phases.
Coordinate all due diligence efforts, develop detailed budgets based on historical and market data, and maintain Master Project Schedules to ensure the timely completion of projects.
