Now Hiring: Solar Installer Location: Based in Eastern & Central Iowa (travel required) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (occasional weekends) Hours: 40-50 hours/week Pay: Competitive, based on experience Why You'll Love This Job Be part of the clean energy movement Work outdoors and stay active Learn valuable skills in solar, electrical, and construction Health, dental, vision insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement for continued growth What You'll Do Install solar panels and related equipment from start to finish Use hand and power tools to assemble racking and secure panels Troubleshoot and maintain systems Communicate with team members and customers Keep job sites and equipment clean and organized Travel to job sites across the region (transportation provided or meet on-site) What We're Looking For 1+ year of construction experience(solar is a plus, but not required) Comfortable using tape measures, hand tools, and power tools Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to travel, work overtime, and stay overnight when needed Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude Bonus Points For Experience with solar installation or electrical work Roofing, carpentry, or scaffolding experience Familiarity with heavy equipment (forklifts, trenchers, etc.) Ready to build a brighter future?
