Carpenter Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with a focus on effective communication and coordination among various stakeholders. This role requires expertise in construction estimating, blueprint reading, and project coordination, ensuring that all phases of the project align with client expectations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop detailed schematics and blueprints.
Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and ProCore for project documentation and management.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including clients and team members.
Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality work is delivered on schedule.
Oversee construction estimating processes to provide accurate cost assessments for projects.
Tech savvy and know how to order materials.
Experience

Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction site operations and procedures.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical schematics.
Familiarity with project management software such as Bluebeam and ProCore is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
A detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Computer savvy
