Lead Superintendent - Construction
Job Description

The Lead Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities from inception to completion. This role requires coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget, while maintaining safety and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with industry standards such as OSHA and GMP.
  • Review drawings and specifications, particularly for lab and cleanroom systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and project teams.
  • Maintain daily reports and site documentation.
Essential Skills
  • 10+ years of construction experience.
  • Experience leading large commercial construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of safety procedures, project coordination, and quality control.
  • Experience with life science or healthcare projects.
  • Strong knowledge of cleanrooms, lab systems, and GMP standards.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Construction Supervisor License (CSL).
  • Familiarity with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $81.00/hr.
