- Lead structural design and validation of modular units, foundations, steel/concrete structures, equipment supports, and lifting/hoisting features.
- Drive structural Basis of Design (BoD), prototypes, and template specifications for modular platforms.
- Perform structural analysis: load calculations, seismic studies, and foundation assessments.
- Manage release of civil/structural design packages, RFPs for fabrication departments, suppliers, consultants, and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with MEP, mechanical, controls, and electrical teams to ensure structural integration aligns with other subsystems.
- Lead initiatives to improve cost, quality, schedule, and standardization across structural modules.
- Oversee coordination with external manufacturing partners, civil consultants, and contractors during design and construction reviews.

- Experience in modular structural design, including repetitive unitization and templating.
- Proven ability to coordinate with MEP integrations and external civil/architectural partners.
- Exposure to ERP/PLM systems and experience with BOM structuring for structural components.
Managerial & Leadership Skills
- Experience managing structural engineering teams or integration across multiple subsystems.
- Experience managing Multisite teams
