Experienced Carpenter

Were looking for a full-time carpenter who shares our passion for quality and community.
Key Responsibilities
Frame, repair, and finish interior and exterior woodwork on historic homes
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications
Safely operate hand and power tools (saws, drills, routers, nail guns, etc.)
Install trim, casing, baseboards, doors, windows, cabinetry, and custom millwork
Perform accurate layout, measuring, and cutting on ladders and scaffolding
Maintain a clean, organized job site and protect existing finishes
Collaborate with homeowners and team members to deliver outstanding service
Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on carpentry experience (residential remodel preferred)
Proficient with both hand and power tools
Strong blueprint-reading and layout skills
Able to lift 60 lbs repeatedly and work safely on ladders
Clean driving record and reliable transportation
No criminal history; legal U.S. citizenship or work authorization
Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Positive attitude, dependable, and eager to grow with our team
