They are also responsible for the cleanliness and safety of their worksites.
Construction superintendents coordinate work schedules for all onsite teams, including skilled trades and general laborers. They must have advanced interpersonal and communication skills in order to maintain positive and efficient working relationships between customers, suppliers, and onsite personnel. They also manage the obtainment of supplies and equipment as necessary.
