We are seeking a Services Manager to join our team. Your role will be to manage and hire service technicians, do job estimates, and assure customer satisfaction. Initiate contact with potential customers, identify needs, cultivate new business opportunities, and build solutions that drive revenue. Lead our team of dedicated Customer Success Representatives and promote customer retention and loyalty. You will be responsible for managing and building a business with huge growth potential and opportunities. Your income will be directly tied to that growth with exponential potential.
You will report to our owner directly.

Located on 4 1/2 acres in beautiful Davidsonville, we specialize in ponds, filtration, koi & goldfish, aquatic plants, fountains, birdbaths, pottery, and garden art. We build, service, and clean ponds. We pride ourselves on the best customer service possible. Our retail location is fun for the entire family, as many come just to feed our hundreds of koi located in our 26 ponds inside our tropically landscaped greenhouse. There is nothing similar in the U.S.!
The compensation range for this position is negotiable and unlimited. There is the potential for bonuses and commission. The more growth you obtain, the higher your income will be! There is no cap. It's all up to you!
