Daily Responsibilities:

• Work closely with project managers to understand project scope, timeline, and budget
• Coordinate all construction activities, including site preparation, grading, planting, and hardscape installation
• Ensure projects adhere to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Lead and supervise a team of skilled laborers, equipment operators, and subcontractors
• Maintain effective communication with clients, project managers, and stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Experience in construction, hardscapes, and superintendent roles
• Over 5 years of industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of construction detailing and supervising hardscapes
• Ability to coordinate and work with various construction crews
• Strong communication and leadership skills
