With a competitive salary between $105k-$175k, you'll engage with a variety of challenging heavy industry projects, from energy distribution to renewables, and have the chance to shape the future of industrial engineering.

**Qualifications:**
- Associate degree or higher, backed by a valid PE License
- A minimum of 10-15 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in 3D Modeling and Intelligent Design Software
- Proven ability to handle Electrical Design Deliverables such as One Lines, Motor Schematics, and Grounding
- Expertise in heavy industry sectors: metals, minerals, oil & gas, and power utilities
- Exceptional project leadership skills, with a knack for personnel management
- Experience managing projects ranging from $5M to over $200M
- Ability to oversee junior engineers and ensure adherence to project cost, quality, and timelines
- Skilled in conducting site visits, power systems analysis, and equipment list development
- Aptitude for resolving technical issues and enforcing project standards and codes
- Strong guidance in design and technical issues for developing engineers
