A national commercial builder is in search of a Director of Construction to join their Atlanta team. This established company has experienced successful growth and builds in general commercial markets such as hospitality, healthcare, office, multifamily, retail, etc. They are known in the community for their visible projects, outstanding culture and excellent retention rate.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Experience managing large projects of at least $30 million
• Experience managing project teams
• Prior experience managing healthcare, hospitality, or multifamily projects
• Ability and desire to coach, mentor and develop others
• Ability to form strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, Business or related field is preferred
