A national commercial builder is in search of a Senior Project Manager to be based in North West Arkansas. This company has experienced successful growth for decades and builds in general commercial, healthcare, multi family, higher ed, k-12, and industrial markets. They are one of the top ENR builders with the abilities to self perform, design build and offer LEED certified projects. Relocation assistance is available.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Experience managing large teams and projects of at least $15 million
• Prior experience managing multi family, healthcare or industrial construction projects
• Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field is preferred
• Availability to travel
