A North Carolina based general contractor is in search of a Traveling Superintendent to join their award winning team. They focus their efforts on a variety of commercial work and projects to include large retail developments with site work and shell buildings, grocery store remodels, multistory self storage, medical office and so much more!!

This is a privately held, mid-size builder with a diverse book of business, majority of which comes from repeat clients, is looking to add team players for projects in North & South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, etc...

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Construction
• Experience managing site work and shell building steel/masonry
• Other types of experience desired would be grocery store remodels--especially Night Superintendent, Wood framing projects similar to gas stations & medical office are a plus!!
• Strengths must include Safety Awareness/OSHA Certification is a PLUS
• Strong knowledge & experience using Construction Software
• Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field is appreciated
