A South East based general contractor is in search of an Assistant Superintendent to travel the South East. This company has experienced successful growth for decades and builds in the multifamily market. They focus their efforts on projects of all sizes in major metro areas in the South East as well as smaller up and coming communities. They have a significant backlog of projects. This position requires travel.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily construction as an Assistant Superintendent
• Knowledge of wood frame, concrete and podium projects preferred
• Experience being involved in projects of at least $5 million
• Experience with preconstruction activities, scheduling and close-out functions for the project
• Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
