MAU is hiring a Sitework Estimator for Landmark Construction Co. in Blythewood, SC. As a Sitework Estimator, you will leverage strong organizational, communication, and technical skills to manage data, interpret engineering drawings, analyze contractual requirements, and implement innovative solutions to automate processes, enhance efficiencies, and ensure precision in all tasks. Shift Information

• Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
• Prior experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems

Essential Functions

• Collaborate with project teams to coordinate and develop takeoffs for various construction projects
• Review project documents, plans, and specifications to identify material and labor requirements
• Use takeoff software to calculate quantities of materials, labor, and equipment needed for projects
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for site work and utility projects
• Assist in analyzing budgets for project materials and labor
• Support the preparation of estimates and bids for project proposals
• Provide technical assistance to project teams as needed
