Senior Architect

Minimum

• Minimum of 15 years of experience.
• Licensed in good standing in 3 or more states.
• Proficient in REVIT and/or AutoCAD platforms.

Preferred

• Experience with varied systems, building types and/or Clients.
• Experienced in Costworks.
• Specialized experience or applicable design experience in [ healthcare facilities, educational facilities, churches, hospitality, retail/commercial design, energy audits, etc .]
• Specialized experience in the field of Architecture.
• Specialized certification in Architecture related systems. [ADA, LEED, etc.]
