- Current Professional Engineering license in Texas
- Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience

- Skilled in producing complete sets of civil construction documents
- Strong verbal and graphic communication abilities
- Excellent organizational, collaborative, and time management skills
- Experience with cities, municipalities, or civil land development/subdivision development preferred
