QUALIFICATIONS:

• HVAC Experience - Controls - Building Automation
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
• Perform diagnostics on automation systems, process controls, mechanical devices, electrical systems and components
• Install, Program, Repair, Replace, Upgrade and Adjust Building Management Systems
• Clean Driving Record
• Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong record of attendance/punctuality
