Installation Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Install Coordinator with a great work ethic who is focused on customer satisfaction. The Installation Coordinator will coordinate and schedule installation appointments for HVAC systems, handle customer calls, and do some dispatching of service calls to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule installation appointments for HVAC systems
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and answer any questions
• Work closely with sales team to ensure smooth installation process
• Maintain accurate records of installation appointments and customer information
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales coordination required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software a plus.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
