Mechanical Construction - Project Manager - Mechanical Engineer

Large mechanical contractor is looking to hire a couple Project Managers with experience related to the new construction and retrofit of HVAC and Plumbing systems. Must have a strong background being responsible for all financial responsibility of the project

• • Plan, organize and staff key field positions to support the Mechanical Construction Division of Company
  • Support, assist and mentor project managers and assistants in problem solving and document interpretation
  • Work closely with engineering, CAD and estimating department
  • Support and assist General Field Superintendent with their job specific responsibilities including although not limited to labor management and manpower forecasting
  • Perform project buy out of major materials, equipment, fixtures and rough in plumbing, piping, and sheet metal materials
