Join our Foth team as a Lead Electrical Estimator and experience the diversity of work and projects that will challenge and reward you. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to support the development of our estimating competency, including the creation and implementation of practices, processes, and tools. • Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive estimating program (practices, processes, and tools) aligned with our company's goals, industry best practices, and project requirements
• Lead the electrical and controls estimating process on complex and high impact projects, providing expertise to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and competitiveness while simultaneously mitigating project risk
• Drive continuous improvement and historical data tracking based on data-driven insights from past projects as well as adoption of the latest tools and techniques
• Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Building Codes, Electrical Codes and regulations in all estimates
• Travel as required (up to 25%)

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience estimating electrical and controls projects, including design-build, self-perform construction, integrated project delivery and lean construction practices
• Experience with industrial manufacturing, with proficiency in controls, electrical, and facilities experience
• Experience with construction cost databases and estimating software (e.g., Means, Richardson, Timberline, ProEst)
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Experience in the following contracting methods: Time and Material (T&M), Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Lump Sum (LS)
• OSHA 30-Hour
• Experience with Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP)

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience within food, beverage, and other consumer products industries
• Experience with project cost forecasting and tracking
• Engineering design build experience
• Modular Construction & Prefabrication project experience
• Experience in Integrated Project Delivery Contracting
