Machine Setup & Operation - Set up paving machines for accurate width, depth, line, and grade.
Quality Control - Adjust screed and other settings for precise, high-density paving results.
Team Leadership - Train and supervise screed operators and ground personnel.
Equipment Maintenance - Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and assist mechanics with major repairs.
Communication - Coordinate with supervisors and concrete plants for smooth operations.

Experience: Proven expertise operating high-density screed paving machines.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of machine setup, calibration, and performance optimization.
Leadership: Ability to guide a team to achieve top-quality paving results.
Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, safety, and efficiency.
