A commercial builder is in search of an Assistant Superintendent to be based in Asheville, NC for local projects and potential travel opportunities in the future. This company has experienced successful growth for 40+ years and builds in general commercial, healthcare, higher-ed, k-12, and hospitality markets. They are committed to delivering large projects on time and budget and continue to be recognized as one of the nations best builders, year after year.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 3+ years of experience working in the field in commercial construction

• Experience being a part of large teams and projects of at least $10 million

• Prior experience assisting with podium style multifamily, mixed-use & hospitality construction projects

• Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field is preferred
