One of the top Architectural Firms in Washington DC has an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years experience. Position is full time permanent is the need is immediate.

Job Description and Duties:

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture.
• Registered in PA highly preferred.
• 10+ years experience as an Architect on healthcare, biotech, manufacturing, and pharma type projects.
• Can execute a project from start to finish.
• AutoCAD experience a plus.
• PA zoning/compliance experience.
• Ability to manage a small team of Project Architects and Cad Designers.
