- Holder of a Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain Texas licensure within six months if currently out of state.
- A minimum of 2 years of licensed experience in HVAC and plumbing system design for commercial and industrial frameworks.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, valuing collaboration and connection.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience in a consulting setting addressing sectors like commercial, education, healthcare, and historical buildings.
- Competency in advanced design software such as HAP, Trace, and Bluebeam.
