Sr. Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Construction Superintendent

Established general contractor is looking for a proven Superintendent with 5+ years experience to work on projects in the Allentown area.

• Follow, implement, and enforce safety policies such as site compliance, maintain safety awareness, conducting safety meetings, etc.
• Give clear and concise leadership to the project team ensuring project direction
• Assist project management in implementing and developing procedures, standards, working documents, etc.
• Responsible for on-site supervision of construction effort and on-site functions ensuring a timely completion of the day-to-day activities
• Provide technical assistance as required
• Complete, maintain, and submit all required reports, logs, punch lists, etc. associated with project.
• Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, OSHA, safety program requirements, work rules, etc. Document all violations, notify proper management, recommend/implement corrective actions as required
