PROJECT ARCHITECT

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Architect with a strong background in both hands-on construction and architectural design. This individual brings over 10 years of experience in the industry, combining expertise in construction management and architectural design to deliver high-quality projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture
• Eligibility for the ARE with an active NCARB record.
• Over 10 years of industry experience, combining expert knowledge of carpentry with architectural design.
• Proven track record in leading complex projects to include residential, mixed-use commercial, healthcare, or retail projects
• Adept with industry-standard software: Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, able to juggle multiple projects while nurturing team innovation.
• Passionate about architectural craftsmanship and artistic expression, with strong model-making and hand-drawing skills.
