**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an ABET/EAC accredited institution
- Professional registration as an engineer
- Over 10 years of experience in roadway design
- Leadership and team management skills are highly valued
- Proficiency in project management
- Familiarity with technology/software such as MicroStation/ORD
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
