Overview
We are looking for an experienced Painter or Carpenter, who is highly motivated, and detail oriented to join our team! This individual performs a variety of maintenance trade functions such as the wall repair (Stucco, textured), Painting, Furniture repair and painting. You will be working closely with different members of our team, so you will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.

Your role:
- Performs general maintenance of building, facility and soft goods
- Performs finishes repairs and touch ups to various surfaces throughout the hotel and meeting space
- Performs preventative maintenance and maintains logs in an organized manner
- Make repairs to woodwork, wall vinyl, doors and window, carpeting, etc.
- Participates in the hotel/resorts preventive maintenance program
- Keeps records as required by company policy and procedures.
- Maintains logs on completed tasks. Prepares reports as requested by supervisors and submits in a timely manner.

- Someone who is available to work various shifts to include weekends and holidays
- Ability to climb up and down ladders
- Ability to differentiate color differences /variations
- Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull throughout duration of shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- This is a Monday-Friday Full Time position
Compensation Range
The compensation for this position is $20.00/Hr. - $20.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
