Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish and have experience using HousePro or similar project management software .

Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams .
Conduct site inspections to monitor safety and compliance.
Use HousePro software for project documentation and tracking.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and building codes .

3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management .
Proficiency in HousePro software and Microsoft Excel .
Ability to read construction blueprints and schematics .
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
