site role with options based in Los Angeles Sacramento or remote The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scheduling for infrastructure or aviation projects and be skilled at managing schedules with multiple stakeholders to ensure project timelines and objectives are successfully met Key Responsibilities Contract Compliance & Risk ManagementReview contractor schedules for compliance with project contracts and specificationsIdentify and analyze risks to project schedules and develop mitigation strategies to address potential delays or issuesPerformance Monitoring & ReportingMonitor contractor performance and provide regular updates to project management and stakeholders regarding schedule progress performance and potential bottlenecksEvaluate time impacts of delays change orders and unforeseen circumstances to assess the impact on the project timelineSchedule Development & MaintenanceDevelop maintain and manage engineering and construction schedules for transmission & distribution projects for both public and investor owned electric utilities across the USCollaborate with Project Management to ensure schedules and costs align using earned value management EVM techniques Develop recovery plans when necessary to keep projects on trackClient & Internal CoordinationWork closely with Engineering Leads and Managers to track and execute project deliverables ensuring alignment with project goals and timelinesInteract directly with clients and internal management to report on schedule status risks and progress across a portfolio of distribution projectsReporting & AnalysisPrepare and develop comprehensive schedule and controls reports including weeklymonthly reports for both client and internal management reviews Reports may include resource loading analysis critical path items and risk analysisAssist the project manager in creating and maintaining project dashboard reports and track Key Performance Indicators KPIs to monitor project successMinimum Qualifications EducationBachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related fieldRelevant Professional LicensureCertifications strongly preferred eg PMP CCMExperienceJunior Level 0 5 years of scheduling experienceMid Level 5 10 years of experience preferably in supporting active construction projectsSenior Level 15 years of scheduling experience including significant exposure to complex large scale projects aviation experience is a plusSoftware ProficiencyProficiency in Primavera P6 Microsoft Project and other related software tools such as Schedule Analyzer Claims Digger etcStrong understanding of scheduling principles and experience in using these tools for project tracking and reportingCompensation 72k 167k The expected
