Elite industrial automation systems integration firm seeks Sr. BMS Industrial HVAC Estimator:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred
• Estimating background in at least one of the following industries:
• PLC system / DCS system and control system software
• Building Management Systems / Building automation systems experience
• EPMS experience
• Facility control experience
• Industrial HVAC experience
• Data Center experience
• Drawings, specifications, RFPs, proposals, and other documentation to aid in quotes.
• Cost estimates for materials and labor for Building Power Monitoring/Controls a major plus
• Advanced excel proficiency required
• Bluebeam experience a plus
• Greenfield data center experience a plus
• Client interaction skills
