A Painter at Chandler is responsible for prepping and painting, millwork fixtures, display elements, and exhibits to meet or exceed customer requirements. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to completing projects with the highest level of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and carry out daily painting activities to meet project deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Apply paint, stains, and spray finishes with precision, maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of paints, solvents, and related materials in compliance with safety regulations.
• Ensure all painted displays, fixtures, and exhibits meet or exceed customer requirements and company quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of craftsmanship, consistency, and finish quality.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations when handling and applying paints, stains, and coatings.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional technical training or experience in painting or carpentry preferred.
• 2+ years of professional industrial painting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in surface preparation, spray application, and finishing techniques.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment with strict deadlines.

Pay Range

$21 - $27 (+ profit sharing)

The actual base salary offered will vary based on factors such as relevant skills, prior experience, education, the base salary of internal peers, and demonstrated performance.
