Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of luxury materials, finishes, and custom construction methods.
• Proficiency in project management software, budgeting tools, and scheduling programs.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong client-facing and communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• PMP or relevant certifications a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage high-end residential remodeling projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Manage procurement of materials and coordinate deliveries to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
