What's the job?
Production Supervisor - Under the supervision of the Plant Superintendent, the position is accountable for overseeing production crews to attain production, cost and quality goals while maintaining a safe work environment. The position is accountable for scheduling the appropriate staff, and monitoring progress and results of their specific responsibilities.
Work Schedule: This position works a 13-hour shift 5pm - 6am on 2 week schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days, on, 3 days off). Must be able to work weekends.

What do you bring?
Education - Prefer an Associates' or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Engineering, Chemical Engineering or 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience
Manufacturing Leadership/Supervision experience required (5 years required)
Ability to learn extrusion process of making vinyl siding
Knowledge of general manufacturing safety regulations
Ability to manage and lead people in a manufacturing environment
Motivate and correct behaviors that are not within code of conduct
Oversee training, coach, develop and provide feedback to employees
Problem solve production and people issues
Recommend continuous improvements to manufacturing process
Administer company policies and 5S standards
