Qualifications:
- Proven experience in civil construction estimating.
- Strong communication abilities, able to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Outstanding multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in heavy equipment preferred.
- Minimum OSHA 30 training completed.
- Excellent leadership and project management capabilities.
- Experience in managing project teams, including foremen and laborers.
- Able to review and interpret construction plans and perform cost analyses.
