Tired of chasing job sites and working in the mud? Join a team where your skills actually stick around. We're looking for a licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber to keep our facility in top shape. Think repairs, preventive maintenance, and real problem-solvingnot new builds or blueprints you never see again.

This is a first shift role with a steady schedule, occasional OT, and a rotating on-call week every 5-6 weeks (and yes, you get paid if you're called in).

What You'll Tackle

Hunt down leaks, clogs, and weird noisesand fix them like a pro

Install and maintain water, gas, and sewer lines, fixtures, pumps, and valves

Read blueprints and mark pipe paths like a plumbing detective

Keep safety showers, eye wash stations, and softeners up to spec

Be the go-to for plumbing emergencies and general system TLC

Work solo or with a crewand maybe show the ropes to an apprentice (we're not hiring one now, but maybe down the road)

Keep your tools (and your van) clean, stocked, and ready to roll

What You Bring to the Table

A Journeyman or Master Plumber license (State of Michigan)

A valid driver's license

The muscle to lift up to 100 lbs and work in tight or tricky spaces

A knack for reading blueprints and solving problems hands-on

Experience with facilities or commercial plumbing (bonus points if it's not just construction)

Tech-savvy enough to use mobile work order systems

A positive attitude and pride in your trade

Even Better If You Have:

A Master Plumber license (if not, Journeyman works just fine)

A Backflow Preventer Certification (ASSE 5110) or you're ready to get one

Pay Details: $39.49 per hour
