Location: Weston, MA
Pay: $80,000 - $120,000 year
Schedule: Full-time

What You Get to Do:
Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and field labor to ensure project quality and timely completion
Assist with scheduling inspections, monitoring job-site safety, and enforcing compliance with building codes
Work closely with the Project Superintendent to identify risks, resolve conflicts, and keep projects on track
Maintain documentation and ensure all required reports, punch lists, and checklists are completed
Participate in safety meetings, subcontractor coordination, and progress tracking
What You Need to Succeed:
2+ years of experience in multifamily or commercial construction
Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field preferred
Prior experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel is a big plus
Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction procedures
Excellent communication and organizational skills
