Nexeo is hiring an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing team in Logan,UT. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers competitive pay,a 4-day workweek,and full benefits upon hire. If you're a skilled welder who values precision,craftsmanship,and teamwork,we want to hear from you!**Responsibilities**Perform MIG welding to join and fabricate metal components.Read and interpret blueprints to meet job specifications.Perform cosmetic grinding (training provided if needed).Use measurement tools to ensure precision and quality.Operate forklifts and lifting equipment for material handling.Work in a fast-paced shop environment while following all safety procedures.Complete other duties as assigned.**Qualifications**MIG welding experience required.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Cosmetic grinding experience is a plus but not required.Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs and perform physical tasks.Must pass a drug test (UA).Willing to perform a weld test during the interview if requested (may bring own gear or use provided gear).**Schedule**Monday Thursday,6:00am 4:30pm (10-hour shifts)Some Fridays may be required**Pay**$17.00 - $19.00 Per Hour**Benefits (Upon Hire)**401(k) with employer match (eligible after 1 year).Medical,Dental,and Vision Insurance (employer contribution included).Company-paid Life Insurance ($25k employee,$10k spouse,$5k per child).Flexible Spending Account (FSA).Paid Holidays & PTO (vacation accrual begins immediately,available after 1 year).**Questions?****Call or text our office today!**With over 100 job opportunities available,we are confident we can find the right position for you.1476 North Main Street North Logan,Utah 84341(P)...
