We have an excellent opportunity for a Machine Operator (Press Brake) to join our team in Lawrenceville, GA. Our ideal candidate will Perform all forming functions on fabricated sheet metal parts according to the directions or specifications given.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Amada Press Brake (RG 80, RG-50, FBD1025 and Astro Robotic cell)Apply folds to fabricated sheet metal parts per drawing requirementsRequired to do in process inspectionAll other duties as assigned

Qualities:

Ability to utilize a FaB III press brake w/AMNC-PC controllerAbility to program using BendCam softwareAbility to utilize an Amada Press Brake (RG80, RG50 and RG25)Ability to utilize Amada NC-9EXII ControllerCapable of using hand inspection tools (i.e. calipers)

Minimum Experience:

High School graduate or equivalentMinimum of 3 years prior related experience
