Compensation
The base hourly rate for this position is \$20.00.

Must be available to work any shift (8 or 12 hours) and work rotating shifts.
The *Production Operator *is responsible for communicating and supporting JM core values and delivering the JM experience. This Operator position is part of the Pay for Skills program and is part of skills progression. The employee may be placed in any of the following positions: Mixer, Winder, Vat, Mid Operator, or Palletizer.
Your Day to Day:
Follow all Johns Manville safety procedures and policies
Relieve other employees as directed
Maintain communication to ensure quality product is being made
Maintaining daily housekeeping requirements
Follow JSA/SOPs
Wear proper clothing and PPE as required
Complete all training and meetings
Understand and use all appropriate checks and checklists
Complete production reporting
Other duties may vary depending on the position assignment
*What You Bring to the Team: *
HS Diploma or GED required
Steady work history
Must be able to accurately read a tape measure, work instruction, finished product specifications.
Have general math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages).
Beginner to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft office).
Solid Communication Skills (written/verbal).
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
The ability to stand for extended periods
The ability to manually lift, push or pull at least 50 pounds safely and with proper body mechanics, sometimes while in awkward positions.\ \ \ \ Equal employment opportunity, including veterans and individuals with disabilities.\ \
