Description
A Service Technician must be able to work independently in the delivery of service work orders related to roofing, interior and exterior renovations, disaster response, and general property improvements for multi-family, residential, and commercial properties.

- Communication Job responsibilities:
- Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
- Establishes service by evaluating needs and requirements of the project; ordering and gathering repair supplies; completing installation.
- Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
- Troubleshoot leaks and other damages.
- Maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Document service and installation actions for billing requirements.
- Commitment to Complete Customer Satisfaction
- Responsible for safe driving of company vehicles
- Responsible for safe work site, equipment, and truck.
- Reviews work orders for accuracy and completeness before departing job sites
- Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong ability to analyze information to present solutions and service we provide, specific to client
- Focus on quality, driven by results and positive client relationships
- Knowledge and skilled in using various hand and power tools.
- Comfortable with face-to-face customer interaction.
- Ability to troubleshoot and think independently.
- Able to move or lift heavy equipment and the ability to bend, climb, reach, kneel, etc. for extended periods.
