Our client, a leading organization in the beverage industry, is seeking a Site Safety Manager to join their team. As a Site Safety Manager, you will be part of the safety department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Site Safety Manager
Location: Elmsford, NY
Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00
Hours: 8am-5pm
What's the Job?
Partner with the Plant Manager to define, build, monitor, and continuously improve the safety culture.
Create and develop training tools and processes to enhance safety capabilities and performance.
Develop annual safety performance goals and create management routines to improve safety outcomes.
Implement systems and policies that assess risk, drive accountability, and monitor safety performance.
Leverage data and assessments to identify risks and implement corrective actions to prevent incidents.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in a safety-related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3+ years of field safety experience in a manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards.
Effective verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong time management skills.
