Our team takes pride offering expert craftsmanship, reliable service and innovative pavement solutions that enhance the longevity and appearance of your property.**About the Role**:- As an Asphalt Seal Coating Laborer, you'll be a vital part of our team, assisting with a wide range of tasks, including asphalt, seal coating, crack filling, line striping, and operating basic equipment.- You'll be expected to follow instructions, work safely, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.- This role offers the opportunity to learn new skills, gain experience in a hands-on environment, and contribute to the success of our projects.**Responsibilities**:- **Assisting with Construction/Project Tasks:**- - Loading and unloading materials and equipment - Operating hand tools and power tools (under supervision) - Assisting with cleaning and preparing parking lots- **General Labor Tasks:**- - Performing manual labor tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials - Cleaning up debris and trash from work areas**Qualifications**:- High school diploma or equivalent preferred- Required good driving record Chauffeurs license a plus- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods- Ability to follow instructions and work independently- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus**Compensation**:- Pay range $20-$25 per hour based on experience.
