Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site evaluations to assess damage and determine restoration needs.
  • Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for water, fire, mold, and reconstruction removal and restoration projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technicians to ensure accurate scope of work.
  • Utilize software tools for estimating and project management.
  • Maintain communication with clients throughout the estimation process.
  • Review and analyze project specifications and requirements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in restoration.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior estimators as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an estimator in the restoration or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of water damage restoration processes and standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Professional certifications in restoration are a plus.
